Group Service
Our Hub services in Peterborough and Cambridge offer a social space to meet others and explore new interests and hobbies. Facilitated by our experienced support workers, group sessions include, but are not limited to, enhancing cognition and memory; adapted sports and seated exercise; guided meditation and playing games. Individuals can practice and develop new skills, build a sense of self, develop fine motor skills, improve and enrich communication, build confidence, reduce anxiety and inspire and support others.

Everyone will have an assessment to identify personal needs and goals. Whether these goals are to get out and meet more people, increase confidence, develop skills or improve physical functioning, our programmes can help.

Our Peterborough Hub is open every Wednesday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Our Chesterton Hub is open every Thursday and Friday, 9:00 am to 2:15 pm.
Referrals can be made either directly by you or by somebody else on your behalf.
All referrals are carefully reviewed and assessed by our Team in the first instance.
*This service is a chargeable service, however we can help refer you for a Social Services assessment, as you may be eligible for funding from the council to access our support services.
